Crispy Honey Sriracha Chicken


Breaded Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into large cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup panko
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Dip chicken in egg and roll in panko mix.  Place in a single layer in a greased glass baking pan.
  3. Bake chicken for 20 minutes.  Stir once or twice to ensure it doesn’t stick or burn.
  4. Mix sriracha and honey.
  5. Toss chicken with sauce and serve.

Serves: 2-3
