- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into large cubes
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup panko
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Dip chicken in egg and roll in panko mix. Place in a single layer in a greased glass baking pan.
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes. Stir once or twice to ensure it doesn’t stick or burn.
- Mix sriracha and honey.
- Toss chicken with sauce and serve.
